3D’s quality of work was excellent, they were happy to talk about work in progress so we knew what was going on, and in nine months they were always on site, never “somewhere else” and the pace never let up. Paul kept tight control over materials supply and sub contractors so there were few unforeseen problems and those that arose were soon sorted. We got on really well and the result is a beautiful house we are proud of.

We used Paul at 3D because we had bad experiences with other builders who came round to estimate. Most said the job would be too difficult because of building up to the alleyway next to the property. Others were downright rude ... not turning up, not returning phone calls ... you know the story. Paul came to us on recommendation and we are very pleased with the work he did for us.
